Use Email, the Dashboard and Calendar Booking Today

You can receive call records by email and app push, review them in your dashboard and book appointments into Google Calendar. Those are the available options at launch.

  1. Call alerts

Email and app push deliver summaries, urgency tags, transcripts and recordings.

  2. Dashboard review

Find calls, usage and settings together when reviewing the day's messages.

  3. Appointment booking

Your receptionist can book appointments into Google Calendar during conversations.

Full details

Today's workflow starts with the call record. Each email and app push alert includes a summary, urgency tag, transcript and recording, and a daily digest arrives by email. Your dashboard gives you a place to review calls, usage and settings.

For appointments, your receptionist can book into Google Calendar. You can instead have it take details for your callback if you want to arrange the visit yourself. These functions help you receive and review calls, but they do not write job notes into field-service or project-management software. Your team handles that entry from the information provided.

Buildertrend, JobTread, Houzz Pro, JobNimbus and Jobber Status

Direct connections to Buildertrend, JobTread, Houzz Pro, JobNimbus and Jobber are not live yet. Tell us which you use and which call details your team needs to enter.

  1. Buildertrend and JobTread

Neither has a live direct connection at launch.

  2. Houzz Pro and JobNimbus

Neither has a direct connection available for your call records.

  3. Jobber status

There is no direct connection to Jobber available at launch.

Full details

Buildertrend, JobTread, Houzz Pro, JobNimbus and Jobber each have the same status here: no direct connection at launch. We name them so you can check the answer for your own software without assuming a connection is included. Your receptionist does not read live project records from them or send notes into them automatically.

Call summaries still give you information your team can enter where it keeps job records. Tell us which software you use and what manual entry you want reduced. Direct connections are planned according to demand; choose the service based on the functions available today.

Enter Call Details Where Your Team Keeps Job Records

Use the call summary as the starting point for manual entry into your software. Review the transcript or recording when a scope change or delivery detail needs confirmation.

  1. Identify the job

Use project details from intake to find the right record.

  2. Review the request

Check what the caller asked before assigning work to someone.

  3. Enter the note

Your team adds the relevant call information to its software.

Full details

After a call, review the summary and find the relevant job in your own system. Enter the information your team needs, such as a customer's requested change or a supplier's delivery update. Open the transcript or recording when the exact wording affects what happens next.

You can ask your receptionist to collect useful project details through your intake instructions. That makes the resulting message easier to review, while your team remains responsible for updating the job record. For examples of the calls behind those notes, see handling customer and supplier messages.

Tell Us Which Direct Connection You Need

We plan direct software connections according to demand. Tell us what your business uses and which call information you want to move, so your request describes the actual work.

  1. Name your software

Tell us where your team currently keeps customer and job records.

  2. Describe the task

Explain which call details your team now enters by hand.

  3. Use current functions

Base your decision on today's service rather than a future connection.

Full details

Customer demand guides which direct connections we plan to build. A useful request names your software and describes the manual task: adding a new estimate request, recording a change question or entering a delivery note. That context helps explain what a connection would need to do for your business.

Send your software needs to support@contractoransweringai.com. A request does not set a release date or make a connection available for your account. For now, test whether the call summary contains what your team needs to enter, and keep that manual step in your workflow when deciding to start.

Questions

Does it send call notes straight into Buildertrend or JobTread?

No direct connection to either product is live at launch. Your team can read the call summary and enter the relevant information into its own records. Use the transcript or recording to check details before making a job update or assigning a task.

What is available for Houzz Pro, JobNimbus or Jobber?

Direct connections to those products are not available at launch. You receive call information through email, app push and the dashboard, then your team handles entry into its software. Tell us which product you use and which information you want to move there.

Can it book appointments into Google Calendar?

Yes. Google Calendar appointment booking is available at launch. Your receptionist can book during the conversation, or take details for your callback if that suits your workflow better. Calendar booking does not mean a job record is created in your other business software.

How do I get messages while I am on a job?

Each call produces an email and app push alert with the summary, urgency tag, transcript and recording. You can review call records in your dashboard, and there is also a daily digest email. Your team decides what information to enter in its job software.

How can I request a direct software connection?

Email support@contractoransweringai.com with the software name and the call information you want your team to stop entering manually. We plan direct connections by demand. A request helps describe that demand, but it does not create a connection or establish a delivery date.
